Mr. Hale joined Strategic in mid-2012 initially serving as market and financial analyst. Mr. Hale continues to provide both lead and support activities in the origination, analysis, underwriting, structuring and closing of a broad range of mid-market corporate finance and ABL transactions including debt refinancing & restructuring, business acquisition & sale assignments.  Mr. Hale earned his B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Mr. Stoehr has a long and established banking and specialty finance career as both an entrepreneur and banking/finance business development professional. Mr. Stoehr has over 25 years of experience originating and managing credit relationships to small and middle market sized companies. Mr. Stoehr was recruited by Mr. Hale to join Strategic Finance, Inc. in 1996 as the company’s SVP Business Development. Following the sale of SFI, the two have continued to work closely together providing a diverse cross-section of companies with financial advisory and debt placement services. Mr. Stoehr served as a Vice President for Bank of America, Texas and First City, Texas where he was responsible for originating and managing greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area based lending relationships for companies with revenues up to $250 million. Mr. Stoehr earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University, and became licensed CPA in 1985.

Bart Hale

Mr. Hale served as CEO and President of SFLLC's predecessor specialty lending company, Strategic Finance, Inc. from 1995 to 2002. Following the successful sale of SFI’s assets to a regional banking group, Mr. Hale has continued to actively provide financial advisory and debt placement, restructuring and M&A services to small and middle market businesses. His advisory work has also included C-level leadership, turnaround, board and ownership positions for predominately distribution and business services companies. Prior to SFI, Mr. Hale served as Vice President for Texas Commerce Capital Markets where he was responsible for originating and managing investment banking opportunities for middle market companies. He also worked in the Corporate Finance Group of Chemical Bank in New York specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hale earned his B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
