Since 1995, Strategic Finance has specialized in providing commercial finance funding and transaction based corporate finance advisory services to small and mid-sized companies.

Although each transaction is different, Strategic typically works in a corporate finance advisory capacity primarily with companies considering management buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations or restructurings, as well as divestiture or total sale of the business.   In certain management buy outs, Strategic endeavors to partner with remaining management  by providing requisite capital and continuing involvement in the development and execution of the business plan.   In either activity, Strategic prefers to work with companies headquartered primarily in Texas with annual revenues in excess of $10 million.

In addition to advisory services, Strategic provides either direct funding or placement of certain commercial real estate and working capital financings through related entity funds or dedicated institutional sources.  Typically, Strategic’s commercial finance products are structurally suited for companies whose current credit parameters are outside traditional commercial bank underwriting guidelines — often serving as an interim or bridge source of financing.  Strategic provides commercial finance funding to companies on a nationwide basis with commercial real estate financing needs of up to $10 million and/or working capital financing needs of up to $5 million.
