Strategic Finance’s commercial finance activities target companies nationwide that have annual revenues ranging from $1 million to $50 million with real estate financing needs of up to $10 million and working capital needs of up to $5 million.

 

Real Estate Financing— Strategic markets two real estate programs that include both bridge and long term financing for commercial, industrial and multi-family properties.  Our programs incorporate both multi-use and special use owner occupied and investor properties.

 

· Bridge Financing — although typically funded under lower loan to value guidelines, our bridge loans are interest only with one to three year terms and are intended to bridge the borrower’s needs until conditions warrant accessing traditional permanent financing.

 

· Permanent Financing — alternative loan programs providing fully amortizing terms up to 25 years, loan to value ratios up to 80%, highly competitive floating rates or fixed rates for five to ten year pricing intervals.

 

Working Capital— Strategic markets two distinct working capital programs - factoring, through a Revolving Receivables Purchase Facility, and asset based lending, through a Revolving Credit Facility.  Each is delivered in a dependable, price competitive, user-friendly solution where financial position and historical performance generally determine the program that best fits the specific situation.

 

· Factoring"hybrid" or modified form of factoring that in many respects is significantly different from traditional factoring. We believe that factoring should be viewed as bridge capital and should ultimately facilitate the transition to a commercial bank, if desired.

 

· Asset Based Lending reliable, consistently managed asset based lending product that can provide more working capital and more flexible covenants than a typical bank revolver. Target companies should have a reasonably sound financial position with a history of performance combined with adequate financial reporting capabilities.
