Bart Hale |
|
is a Principal and co-owner of Strategic Finance, LLC having served as President & CEO of its predecessor company, Strategic Finance, Inc. from 1995 to 2001. Prior to his involvement with Strategic Finance, Mr. Hale served as Vice President for Texas Commerce Capital Markets where he was responsible for originating and managing investment banking opportunities for middle market companies and previously with the Corporate Finance Group of Chemical Bank in New York. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Hale has provided the lead role in the start up, turnaround, management, acquisition and sale of several distribution and financial service companies serving as President, CEO and owner. Mr. Hale earned his B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. |

Mark Stoehr |
|
is a Principal and co-owner of Strategic Finance, LLC having joined Strategic Finance, Inc. in 1996 as Senior Vice President-Business Development. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Vice President with Bank of America, Texas and First City, Texas where he was responsible for originating and managing client relationships with revenues from $5 million to $250 million within the Houston metropolitan area. Mr. Stoehr has 20 years of experience in providing capital to companies, ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups to large, well-established businesses. Mr. Stoehr earned his Bachelor of Science in General Management from Purdue University and in 1985 became a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. |

Blake Hale |

is an associate with Strategic Finance, LLC. He joined the company in August 2009 originally as an intern. Mr. Hale earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2009. |
